1) Where are you based? Do you ship internationally?
  Creme & Co is based in Singapore and we do ship internationally. Find out more about the international shipping cost and method

2) What currency do you use? Do you accept payment in other currencies?
  As Creme & Co is based in Singapore, the default currency used on the website is Singapore Dollar (S$).

To save you the hassle of manually converting prices from S$ to another currency, you can select another currency on the top right-hand corner of the website to display prices in that currency.

3) How do I shop? Do you accept mail or phone orders? Do you have a physical store?
  To shop at cremeandco.com, simply sign up for an account, add items to cart, checkout your cart, make payment and voila, you have completed your purchase!

Currently, we only accept orders via our online store.

We do not accept mail or phone orders so as to protect your interest by keeping proper electronic records when you make purchases on cremeandco.com.

We do not have a physical store. We chose to operate online so you can experience the best of both worlds, combining the advantages of shopping at a physical store (touch, feel and try on the clothes with our return and exchange policy!) and online store (convenience, getting the new designs the moment they are launched, no messy racks or crowds to deal with).

4) How often do you launch new products on the website?
  At the moment, Creme & Co aims to launch new designs at least once a week. Do sign up as a member on our website and like our Facebook page to get first-hand updates of new arrivals so you don't miss out on the lovely designs!

5) I love this design but it's sold out.
  Due to the limited quantity of each design we carry, popular designs may get sold out quickly. Do complete your purchase as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.

6) How do I check the status of my order?
  You may view the latest status and details of your order after signing in to your account.

7) How do I return or exchange an item?
  Always check your items upon receipt. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please do so within 14 days of receipt.
