Unlike in the US and UK, most retailers in Singapore have a "no refund, no exchange" policy and it is becoming the norm in shopping here. We want to change that as we believe in making our customers happy and satisfied.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at Creme & Co, be it the clothing fit, material, workmanship or design, you can choose to return it for a full refund or exchange. It is ok to change your mind.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Pack the item securely in waterproof packaging, together with all original parts and accessories, if any. The item must be returned in original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt.

Print out the Return Form, fill in the necessary information and enclose it with the return item. Alternatively, just write the requested information onto a paper and enclose it.

Using a shipping method that allows tracking and re-delivery (e.g. SingPost registered mail or Ta-Q-Bin courier), write your return address on the back of the return package, and send it to the following address:

To exchange to another product or the same product of a different colour, size or attribute, please place a new order for the product and make payment. As most items stocked on Creme & Co are available in limited quantities, this will ensure that the item you want is available. The refund for the returned item will be given separately.

Creme & Co shall not be held responsible should the return package be lost in transit. Hence, it is recommended that you use registered mail or courier for your return. |

All accessories and original parts must be included otherwise they will be pro-rated accordingly. |

You will be refunded the purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase). Shipping and handling fees (if any) are non-refundable. |

If you wish to return an item because of manufacturing defect (excluding stray threads) or wrong colour/size/design, please contact us and attach a clear picture (preferably in .jpg format) in your e-mail, prior to returning the item. |
